Kim Kardashian, born in 1980, is an American Icon in several different areas such as: TV and social media, fashion and acting.
After a short marriage when she was 19, Kim started a relationship with singer Ray J.
Several years later, in 2007, a sex tape of Kim and Ray J from 2003 appeared and generated a lot of public attention towards her. After suing the company that distributed her sex-tape as “Kim K Superstar”, she settled for the amount of $5 million.

Before her own time of glory, Kim K. used to be among the posse of Paris Hilton. Being so close to Paris, in time, the spotlights got a glimpse of Kim too, and that’s how she got the attention in the beginning. Then it got easier for her: public appearances, reality TV show that’s a hit and last but not least, a sex tape scandal. A reality TV show based on the life of the Kardashians aired in 2007, the same year the sex tape was leaked. The show is called “Keeping up with the Kardashians” and it couldn’t be stopped only by a sex tape from being a great success and further launching her career in the show business.
The show focuses on the three K sisters: Kim, Kourtney and Khloé. Throughout the seasons, several different characters appeared such as Rob, their brother, Kris Jenner, their mother, Bruce Jenner, their stepfather and his two daughters from another marriage: Kendall and Kylie.

At the moment, Kim is married to Kanye West and have a baby together, a girl they named North West.
